***Spoiler Alert*** The Killer Was..

I've rewatched this film, over & over. I've come to the conclusion that the killer was random & unconnected. My reason for thinking this is that there are too many red herrings & unexplained elements.

HERE ARE MY KEY OBSERVATIONS:

The killer had access to CCTV footage taken from inside the studio. In the final scenes, before the chase around the house starts, we also see the same CCTV camera rigged up filming Rob. It could of course have been stolen, but come on! It would take some believing.. Christopher Reeve is dead, afterall :P

I then started to wonder why the bodies of Jesse St. Clair & Rob Latrobe hadn't been found. Surely, if the killer wanted to frame Albert, then he'd have left them there. Perhaps it was them two?

Albert wasn't even working for American Crime, so what the hell was he even doing in America? Perhaps it was him?

Was it Mack? err.. well, yeh like eveyone else in this film, it could have been.

One thing we do know for sure, is that it wasn't Jane.. or was it?

The killer was definitely the guy in the blue hat
[well in my opinion]

it makes sense to me,cos when Albert was on the pay phone the guy moved his suitcase a bit with his foot, there could have been a camera in there, you never know.

Also when Jesse was being videotaped, im not sure exactly what shot, excuse me,but the man walked by during the scene.

I'm pretty sure it was this guy.
