Loved to Hate Him

Rikki Rachtman was so lame, but he could act tough to the guests, and be tough when he had to. Everyone clowned on him, but he was such a good sport, and pretty self-aware. No matter how true it is that he wasn't the best possible host for the show because he wasn't knowledgeable enough about metal, he certainly served as a fantastic foil for all of the guests and made them look cool in comparison, and gave viewers at home something to talk about.
