Captivating

This only ever plays at 1am on the foreign channel, yet funnily enough seems to be the most interesting show on at that time slot for that particular day.

When i see The Nanny re-runs, i can take it or leave it. With the Turkey version, i find myself glued to the screen from sheer morbid curiosity and intrigue. It's the same show, the same stories, but watching it in another language and culture, especially one as polar oppositte as the american counterpart, is a spectacle in itself.

Those Turkish names are something else all together.
