I was just wondering if anyone knew where I might be able to buy this movie.

I can't find it either. The only copy I've seen was brought here by a friend from Moskow

books.ru has carried it in the past, but it's been out of stock since October or November...

I live in NYC.

Can anyone recommend a Russian Video Store in New York CIty that sells it?
Or is there a Russian Movie DVD site that might sell it?

Yeah, but on Frozentears.org is has ENGLISH subtitles for those who are not fluent in Russian.
