Good News for Fubar Fans

Normally I don't get hyped up about new music or movies, in fear that they'll disappoint, but it's pretty for me not to do so in response to the article.

I'll look forward to this for sure. Just hope it doesn't crash and burn.
A straight up sequel may not be the best route to go - I think I'd personally prefer new characters entirely. It's not like I couldn't enjoy more from Dean, Terry and Tron... But it might be hard to find a reason to shoot it the same way without making it too much of an 'adventure'.

One of the things I liked most about the movie in the first place was how realistic it managed to be in the sense that you felt it was really 'capturing the moment'... it felt so off the cuff that it feels like (as they say in the movie) this is what they'd be doing even if the cameras weren't there... I knew it was a 'mockumentary' from the beginning - but immediately I could believe in the characters and how their lives were unfolding... I guess I just don't want the whole thing to become too forced.

Still though, good news. I had always hoped for a new project from these guys.

"Not Gods, Englishmen! Which is the next best thing."
