I was shocked to see a dead message board for this movie, the only reason I can come up with is maybe its not out on dvd, even though the release date says 2003.

Anyways This movie has some great funny parts, and its a pretty good movie.

I cant remember the name of this other movie, but I swear it has uncanny resemblence to this movie, I wish I could remember the name of it, or at least who played in it

After some thinking I figured out a actors name in the movie I was talking about and found the movie

On further review they really arent that much a like, but I feel if you liked bookies, then you might like harvard man.

Are you talking about Big Shot: True Confessions of a College Bookie? That was the true story of Benny Silman who was a college bookie. It was similar to this film but I liked it better than Bookies. The main character (Benny Silman) was played by David Krumholtz.

I agree. Ive liked the movie since I first watched it in 2005. Seen it many times its got some classic funny lines!
