The first crimson head that gets up when you walk past it in the hall. I knew it was coming before I got to that part and I stopped playing the game for a few months. It's not scary anymore, but it was the first time through the game.

When you walk through the east hall towards the portrait room and then two dogs jump through the windows all of a sudden and chase after you.

when you walk in that one room... AND THERE'S A HUGE F'IN TARANTULA ABOVE YOU!!! I'm an arachnaphobic... even little spiders scare me.

When the zombies jump through the windows the first time. I was sorta expecting the dogs to jump through the windows in the checkered corridor but when the zombies popped through the windows I was like, "Damn!"

The first time i played this i had no clue there were "super zombies" in the game, the first crimson i ran into not only scared the *beep* out of me, but kept following me through out the whole mansion. Creepy mother *beep*

The hunters and the crimson heads are scary and shocking reguklar zombies and Lisa Trevor (in particular)are creepy and disturbing.

Well... When you get to that room with the zombie hanging by the neck. The first time i played through the game, it scared the crap outta me. When i walked a little bit inside the bathroom, i heard a loud ass bang, and then the zombie on the floor started to get up!! it really scared me the first time. Heck, it even scared my cat.

I normally don't get scared playing video games though this one did creep me a little at how dark quiet the game seemed at times, but I love listening to the reactions of my friends who like to watch me play, but would never play it themselves.

-I run past the crooked hallway (after the dog hallway) and the zombie busts out of the bathroom. I keep running and two more zombies dive through the window. My two friends nearly had a heart attack. They were eating KFC too, hehe. Funny thing is, I didn't know that was going to happen, but just looking at the camera angle (yeah I know it's the original one too) and remembering this is a remake slightly made me wonder if a zombie would pop out just in time to scare my friends and it did! That by far was my favorite reaction.

-The first time the crimson zombie got up, one of my other friends went "OMG! Kill it! Kill it!"

-Another small shocker is when I let the plant tentacle in the floor intentionally grab my neck.

-The hallway with stairs that lead to where the save room is around the dining room, it was pure silent and I was about to go down the stairs and then I heard a very very faint zombie noise. I autoaimmed and it pointed right behind me and fired my shotgun. And a zombie falls down. My friend got spooked by my sudden reaction and said "You heard him!? I didn't hear anything!"

Thats why I would stop letting your cat play Resident Evil. They just don't have what it takes.

justt he atmosphere is eeiere, let alone the rest. spiders i'd say was the worst...then creeping aroudn the corridors not knowing what to expect. Even now after 5 yrs of having if I *beep* myself playing it. I always play with soemone else lol.
