Help remembering an episode

I don't remember if it was this show or adventures of little koala, or a completely different show, but I remember an episode about a mansion, or castle, and all the people there vanishing until only one was left. I think it was something like a mystery. Does anyone know the show/episode I'm talking about? I seem to remember koalas, so it had to have been one of the two shows.
