What is the Judge John Deed theme song?

The music from the advert was an instrumental piece in 'Sinnerman' by Nina Simone. I think the actual theme tune is probably made up.

Sinnerman was also used in the Renault adverts featuring a Frenchwoman and an Englishman debating the merits of their countries.

Was written by Debbie Wiseman,
and yes it was made for the show after the pilot episode
