What happens in Evidence of harm
I never got to see it so I was wondering if the biased Judge was Sir Monty Everand?
Also, does it end with all the main characters alive and still in the same postion?

I don't follow this series closely but the biased judge was a white-haired bloke called Niven, not the judge played by Simon ward.
Everyone remains alive at the end of the second episode. It was very good.
