Yes I used to room with a Japanese fella and one day when this show came on I asked him what the writing during the opening credits said. He told me that it was definetly not Japanese. If it was not Japanese then what writing/alphabet is it? This is a Japnese show so why would they not put up Japanese?

The writing is a bizarre combination of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and geometric shapes. The characters used have no connection with what the subtitle claims it to say.
