No, that was from the segment called The Offbeats. It used to come on Nickelodeon in between actual TV shows. It was only a few minutes long and I remember the intro was some black guy playing a bongo and talking about the characters and then saying, "Dey da Offbeats!" But yeah, one of the segments had the kid Russell (he always wore a red plaid parka and hat) make up a dance and everyone danced to it to the beat of The Hustle.
