I checked this out on SNES as it seemed to be a sequel.
Did not like it at all...just seemed to have lost something the original had.
Too bad.
#1 was yet another great game that spawned sequels that went the way of "Fade to Black" and "Earthworm Jim 3D"
I didn't like it much, either. The controls were lousy, and all the monsters popping up everywhere made it impossible to survive through more than the first couple levels.
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he wasn't a great big pansy.
Yeah it's like ZAMN was difficult enough...though this one just felt stupidly so, and it simply was not fun. I didn't much like how you moved around in it either.
shareI agree. I played Ghoul Patrol briefly on rom and I lost interest in the first level. It was missing something. Not sure what.
For one, I didn't like the artwork. It seemed kind of disproportionate and somehow static.
The game seemed almost self aware that it was silly and over the top. While ZAMN was over the top, the game and its presentation was simple.
