Help! With the radar thingy!!

Okay, this is something I've had quite a bit of trouble with and I hope someone out there can help me with it.

If you put the second disc in the DVD player, the menu comes up with several options. When you choose Additional Tracks, a new screen comes up. The choices vary from trailers for different tour DVD's to alternate live versions of different songs. Each choice has a corresponding year with it. The entire center is made to revolve like a radar screen, and at one point, the radar "blips", and a new choice appears for a split second. I think the only thing you can see is the year, which looks like 1991.

Is there any possible way to gain access to this choice? Or is this just some cool little thing that doesn't go anywhere? I've got to know one way or the other. Thanks in advance for the help.
