Why call a film 'Once Upon A Time in the Midlands' and then have NO major characters from that area? Welsh, Scottish, Liverpudlian, London... All these accents, no Midlanders.
Why did they bother setting it there, why not set it somewhere else and give the film a different title?
The title is "Once upon a time IN the Midlands" not "Once upon a time in the Midlands with a bunch of people from the Midlands" dumbass.
