Where was Black Or White in the setlist for this concert?

I don't know if this helps, especially since you asked this 5 years ago - but from what I've gathered, Black or White wasn't on the setlist. In fact, this concert wasn't as well-planned as his previous ones. If you search the rare footage of it, after Billie Jean he goes on the mic and asks the fans to pick the next song to perform. Plus you notice on the TV version of this show, he's still in the Billie Jean outfit during it. So I assume it wasn't on the setlist.
