How is this show?

I've seen this for sale for years, but i never got around to buy it, becouse, let's face it, MTV and VHS is rolling j-lo videos, and i alredy have the "The Reel Me" DVD where all her music videos up to 2003 is collected. so i just thought this might not be as much as the earlier mentioned, does she like change her clothes alote or any at all in this, and does she do any spactacular things? thanks.
