What does it want?
Forgive me...I may have completely missed this (I was scared sh[]tless looking at this) but what does it want? Can you stop it?

I got the impression it takes these parts to 'rejuvenate' it's parts that may be old or wearing out???
Darry's eyes, Dante's head...etc.

Now that i spent a good chunk of my day watching both films again, why did the creeper take Darry's eyes (and the cop's tongue) and then turn around and take the guy's entire head only a few days later?
I understand that it can only take certain things from certain people but if it can take an entire head, why waste time taking small parts instead?
At the time, it only needed Darry's eyes. It didn't need a head until that lady shoved a javelin through it. Simply replacing his eyes seems like it would less trouble than his whole head. It had to take Dante's head out of necessity.
shareHe only needs Darry's Eye that time but when the cheerleader stab his head with a big metal stick, the Creeper needed a full head replacement. He just simply eat the Police's Tongue.

(That, and revenge. Darry saw everything. But the Creeper isn't above recreational rejuvination.)
