these few problems I had with this!

I hated how Dr. Claw got away instead of get arrested, why didnt they have a 3rd where he gets arrested into a maximum security?

What happened to Brenda Bradford and why didnt they have her or mention her???????

And what do you remember of how they referenced the first movie?????????

and they barley show Dr. Claw's face in this! but part of his face does show!!!!!

Why did Inspector gadget have to be overzealous and does that put a real officer on probation?

This movie tried to be more faithful to the original cartoon.

In the cartoon, Dr. Claw's face and body were never shown, only his hands were. Inspector Gadget was a bumbling idiot who always solved the case "accidentally" or else Penny and Brain did.

As far as I can remember, this movie made no references to the first movie, or even had any ties to it.

I think of Inspector Gadget 2 as a stand-alone movie that wanted to be more closer to the tv show.

I didn't have much problems with this film. I figured since Claw escaped, they planned a third. I wouldn't mind one, really.

Only things I can think of are Gadget's lack of origins. I'm not sure if there was an origin episode in the series, but I bet the film-makers intended people seeing this saw the original first.

Also Claw being in prison, and giving no explaination why. Again, for those that have seen the original, I guess we're to assume that was why he was arrested.

And Claw has the same claw metal thing, while in the cartoon it was a glove with spikes.

And the fluffy white cat I guess, but the first movie was basically just ripping off the Bond films. The cat in the cartoon I think was black and grey.
