This one just occurred to me the other day:
Snape, ready to leave Tonks behind with potion that could kill her because of his animosity toward Remus. A sneaky bit of work that I'd forgotten (you bastard )
Rosmerta deciding after all the "dirty laundry" had been aired at Remus' trial to drop the charges.
Fred, George and Ron ganging up against Oliver, bringing Dumbledore into it, and getting Oli sent away from Hogwarts.
