Mystery Scene?

In this special, Chris Columbus mentions that something never in any of the Harry Potter books was written especially for the movie by J.K. Rowling. Does anyone know what this scene was? Nothing jumped out at me, as I've read all the books several times. Thanks a lot!

The murder flashback scene...JKR was put in charge of what it was supposed to look like because, as CC said, "she's the only on ewho really knows"...so, apparently, the scene with Lily and baby Harry is how she pictures it.
