Pretty OK for a low budget deal

I've seen better, but I have also seen far far worse films. Steven Wastell is fairly believable as a man possessed and besides that he's kind of creepy. I wouldn't ever add this film to my list of favorites, but I also wouldn't consider it a complete waste of time.

I thought the acting and story were good, definitely better than I expected. The ghost effects were pretty laughable and took me out of the movie temporarily. There were some slow parts, but also some genuinely creepy parts, so kudos to them.

Pretty OK is a good way of putting it. It would have suited an hour-long anthology episode format; for a feature-length is was too long, filled with fillers such as watching people drive up to the house, away from the house, and that plane coming in for a landing. The story is predictable and some of the acting poor, but low budget constraints aside, there was merit in dialogue, filming and having those (yes, at times laughable) ghosts whizzing about the house.
