What's the deal with this movie ?! (Spoilers)

I've done a little investigating, and I think I may have seen a chopped up version of the movie? I got the DVD Tales from the Grave from Netflix which included this movie, based on viewer reviews it seems like the 3 tales on the DVD are shortened versions of 3 longer feature length movies. Which would explain a lot because this movie did seem to be missing a lot from the story - as the story didn't really make any sense!

So I just posted this information, but if anyone can tell me if indeed the version I saw was chopped up, that would be great:---------------------------

Starts out with the 3 friends in the woods, they run into the crazy hillbilly dude who scares them off, they later beat up the guy, we are then introduced to the witch for like a minute, witch later blows dust into the guys faces in the parking lot, they become sick, which turns herself into a sexy chick, sleeps with the guys, witch creates a baby.

So here's where things get screwy. Okay maybe the guys want to get back at the witch for making them sick, that would seem to make sense. But after she creates her zombie off-springs two guys we've never seen before want their $40.00 bucks from the 3 guys for doing who knows what! And we learn that they just so happened to kill a cat while in the witch's kitchen. When did this happen! Is this actually in the movie, but just not my copy! Okay, so I guess the witch is pissed cuz her cat was killed by the two younger guys, and the cat just so happened to be her son, but when did this happen! Was that hillbilly dude her son? We only saw the cat for like a second and there was no dialogue to present the cat as more than just a cat.

Who are the two younger guys and where they hired by the 3 friends to scare the witch? Was my copy missing a bunch of stuff?
