I think the spin off could be better if it was in made in a family sitcom sort of way like Blackish instead of a kids show. Girl Meets World does a good job focusing scenes on the old cast when they guest star. Hopefully this show does the same.
shareGirl Meets World is literally at it's best when it focuses on the BMW cast. It makes the show look more mature and can be taken seriously. The focus on the kids is just too kiddie and wouldn't be a problem if it was handled more maturely but at the rate they're going, they were best just focusing on the adults for Christ sakes. The concept should have been MAN Meets World and focuses on Cory being a teacher and his adult friends and not so much his kids and their friends.
