"Slither In" pixillation

In the "Slither In" episode, in the "sex games room" there was a chair. On this chair there was a green object that had been blurred out, did anyone see a different version ?
NB, I assumed that the pixillation on the TV in the "All Over My Glasses" episode was intentional, for mock documentary effect.
