Isn't it illegal to make a 16-year old girl do a sex scene?

This is a movie about human trafficking and underage prostitution.

They dont have any "sex" scenes - they have exclusively rape scenes.

And the actress was 14, playing a 15 year old.

I dont remember how much skin she shows. I only watched this movie once, in cinema. Its kind of funny, I consider this my favorite movie ever and I own the DVD but I never managed to watch it because its just too horrible and I have not quickly stop when I try watching it.

But obviously its not actual sex and I distinctly remember its often filmed from her perspective, thus she wasnt actually in the scene. The director said in the interview the cameraman was a tall stong type, but had trouble to handle the scene because he was in the position of the rape victim and it was just too much.
