wow, i really hate OVERDONE death scenes in movies, especcialy in this, when she kills the hitcher with the oil tank, it was so STUPID and overdone

I agree. The only thing that it needs to make it worse is Maggie's character being gunned down by another group of policemen that show up after the closing credits are finished, thinking that she's responsible for ALL the killings since she never gets to prove her innocence.
As in the first 'Hitcher', the most annoying and frustratingly absurd thing is that ALL the policemen, state troopers, and law enforcement officials in this movie appear to be pompous, and can be easily fooled.
Yep, lousy CGI too.
