My thoughts on the Source and the future.

I just watched the source for the first time, and i thought it was an okay movie. You gotta admit, that the people behind the franchise are pretty brave, to just throw this one out there. I've gotta say tho, how exactly were they to continue after this film? It would of been like what they did with the first one, told a complete story and then furthered it for no reason. Duncan's story is now complete. Maybe for the remake they don't even need to start a new continuity, they could just create a new immortal, and follow his path to the end, but not have their story end with them finding the source. Has anyone heard anything about the direction the new trilogy was going to take before it was cancelled?
