Well, clearly just any old Immortal female won't do as the Raven proved...and yet, the writers can never come up with any good female Immortals, they mainly solely exist to sleep with the lead males. So where does that leave them with that idea? Just where it would leave them, we REALLY don't want to know if that's the best they can do. Think about it, in the Highlander series, EVERY woman who was on more than one episode, except for that reporter woman from the first season, they all slept with Duncan, when that's your best quality on the show, that ain't saying much for you surviving 1000 years, is it?

That would be great.
Here's a suggestion. Duncan's first love (before he became Immortal) was Debra Campbell. Perhaps a female Immortal from the Campbell clan would be interesting?

OK, I suppose Amanda/Raven was the female Immortal for the lead in this series. But truth be told, isnt the whole thing about Highlander, that the lead is a HIGHLANDER??? A MacLeod??? Amander is British or somesh*t right?
And if they do decide to put another female in for a lead role in these movies, she'd have to be a Highlander also for it to make sense...and then it'd be just too much...How many MacLeods can be The One? How many can be Immortals for that matter? And that all have some pivital role in saving humanity or some big event that involves friggin planets aligning and stuff??

Well hell, nobody says a Highlander HAS to be a MacLeod, do they? They could skip the MacLeod bloodline entirely and find some other Scottish clan to go with.

i wouldnt mind seeing a female "Highlander" immortal, but only if done right, i suppose one of the things that may put off anyone doing a series about a female immortal from that era is sexism, your going to have all the other characters from the original era being very sexist to her and if she wasnt forfilling her "female duties" treat her with contempt. To a certain degree they even worked sexism into the original Highlander movie by both other characters and a little by Connor himself (really nice touch i thought in its portrayal of that time). I suppose they could work that into the story but the thing id be worried about is constantly seeing this as it would get old soon.
