She looked like a druggy version of Shelly Long. I'm thinking it was her gross teeth. And the wig made her head look 10x bigger.

You DID NOT just say that!! Susan Egan is SO beautiful! Such, such, such, such an amazing actress, singer, dancer, and even person. She shines with sheer perfection! When she smiles, it lights up the screen!

Yeah, maybe you're right. When she smiles it does light up the screen. That's because her teeth are as bright and yellow as the sun.
