The Music on the end credits?

Does anyone know the music used at the end of the film?

I must add that the music appears on the opening menu on the DVD with an excellent montage of the film. I watched this 3 times before watching the actual movie and loved it. But was disappointed with the actual film because I had an expectation based on the menu montage.

The DVD menu montage is worth watching alone. But the film is good and I would recommend it. Enjoy.
