God this kind of movie shows the worst of men

Just another looser whose body language lies about his innermost feelings of inadequateness and seduces women, just to drop them when the excitement is gone. I've always like Cohen's melodies, but his personality is truly subpar on a humanity scale. It reminded me in many ways of Jack Kerouac's on the road, a guy living wrecklessly and dragging down the others around him. sad. As my sister once said, a sorry excuse for a multicellular organism... :P

It is not so bad. Why people should all live in couple for the rest of their life if they or one of them feel they need to take a different path at some point, shouldn't we trust and follow our feelings and continue to change, improve, evoluate, move foward and progress in our spiritual way even if this implies to quit some people that are important in our lives. Everybody changes, some people are more fickle than others. It is sad if it causes sadness to some persons but it is part of life and each person must rise up from those obstacles and move on.

I don't care if some people live that way and it's only "between adults", but DO NOT make fatherless babies as you mow along the crazy lawns of life...

meh, the naive ones are the ones going around making babies like there's no tomorrow and then change their minds and leave them behind...

You know nothing about Leonard Cohen if you think he is a sub par human being. He is one of the few truly good people on this stinking planet.
