...and the favourite game is love.

Not the best job possible, but a very nice rendition of the novel. Wonderfully accented by Cohen tunes. The camp sequence was especially nice. This is my "favourite novel", no where near my "favourite film", but still quite lovely. I hope more Cohen fans get a chance to see it.

Next: Beautiful Losers? ;)

Damn, "beautiful losers" movie would be awesome. I wish someone would make it and make it right. At same time I hope nobody do it before me, I would like to direct it. I have read this novel so many times when I first discovered it. Would make a visionary film with magic and a special way to use time and poetry and to depict love and portray intense characters in incredible moments and situations.

I was a bit disappointed by it. I love Cohen and the book, but I thought the lead actor was a bit bland , a bit UnLeonard perhaps.
