The amount of things they've done on this show that had previously happenned on Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge is unbelievable. (ie. having a fountain on the show which they had to turn off because it was making too much noise)
And Richard has a hell of alot of Partridge moments.
Funny as hell.

I`ll be amazed if there wasnt at least a little bit of Richard M that went into creating Alan Partridge. The sycophancy, pomposity and artificial interviewing style as well as the occasional rudeness can`t help but invite comparisons. I`m not a regular viewer of this show, but I remember seeing them (Richard + Judy) doing a wine testing segment a few months back and Richard acted so much like Partridge I was laughing out loud.
