Question about Dreamstone
I remember I had a video of this when I was a kid, when the Stone gets stolen. I didn't know it was a TV series (or can't remember) so was this a spin off or what?
The stone got solen a lot, but that was most likelywas the feature-length pilot episode. That's the most common video that people seem to find.

Well I got the DVD...man that bought back some memories!
shareI still don't see why the released version was edited, though. This isn't a series that's being released for today's CGI-saturated generation - it's a nostalgia trip. And the audience is going to remember the bits that've been sliced out.

shareThey cut the clown daydream sequence in Mr. Waks' candle shop from the pilot, and quite a bit of the scene where Rufus is explaining how he lost the stone in the first place.
