I loved it but I cant buy it anywhere I think its hilarious too I remember the episode where they didnt have faces and it turned out the lift person 'lifty' didnt have one either.

Yeah - it was an utter gem of a series. I saw it in the UK, bout the dvd and have shared it with many friends who (mostly) loved it. I can't believe how thin the forum is - I thought there would be loads of fans out there. Excellent scripts, just the right tone of affectionate UK horror parody and homage and some fantastic actors. Very, very funny comedy - but obviously not to everyones tastes.

It's strange, but when I first watched it I wasn't that keen. However, repeat viewing definately has helped (Oh, and I watched Witchfinder General for the first time last week so I now get half the gags!).
Underrated.

It's brilliant

Steve Coogan comedy, with horror themes.
How can you argue with that?

It was corny but I thought it had it's funny moments like when Camina realizes she can't see the Countess reflection in the mirror and the Countess telling her it's not a very good mirror.
