anyone knows the name of the fine actress who plays the character of the deputy chairperson of the sakuragi girls high festival comittee??
she appears at the end of the movie with 2 other schoolmates to tell the waterboys that they are are allowed to use the girls'school pool.
that's the one with the pigtails.
