What do you think of the latest Disney villain?

I usually look forward to the villains in Disney flicks,as a really good one can carry the film when all else fails (Hunchback..,Hercules,Snow White etc).

Therefore, I was slightly disappointed with Almeida Slim because..I liked him!
I was actually charmed by that silly Yodel cow sequence (which reminded me of the pink elephants dance in "Dumbo"), and I couldn't *hate* the guy after that.
