ummm it wasn't stole for two reasons:
1. It was the same people doing these skits, Bam and his crew.
2. Jeff Tremaine saw what Bam was doing in the Cky videos while he was working with Big Brother magazine and he, Knoxville, Steve-o, Pontius, and Dave England were doing the same kind of things so he ask Bam to join him for a show he was going to make called jackass.
