It's hard to find anything quite like this lovely film. The music tied it all together for me. I tried to think of other movies that moved me almost as much as this.

Dear Frankie
A Little Princess
A Tree Grows in Brooklyn
Once
The Legend of 1900

I'll add August Rush

Very good, personal movie about an Italian that falls in love with an Irish woman who has just given birth to a half-black baby. Give it a watch. :)
