I have never heard of this movie before, and personally I thought it was going to be a dud. But after watching it, I fell in love with the movie. I have never seen Alfred Molina play the hopefull romanitic, however, I thought he played the part so well! Christopher Walken was cookey like always, he was great too.
Haha, my favorite part was when Boris, Frank, and Delbert are all screaming in the basement of the Morgue.
I just saw it tonight On Demand, and I thought it was very charming. I gave t a shot because of the summary and I can't turn down a movie with Alfred Molina AND Christopher Walken.
Anyways, I thought it was super cute and am suggesting it to my parents, especially because we all love Star Trek and they have to see that one old lady's funeral.
Mwahahaha.

It’s an extremely cute film. It becomes quirkier as the story unfolds. Alfred Molina is beautiful. He conveys emotion with so much warmth and conviction. You can’t help but feel what he feels for Betty. It’s a very sweet package.
shareLOL, cute's a funny word to describe it but it was hilarious and weird and I loved it. All the actors are completely different here. Be it Walken, Molina, Blethyn and Watts.

I had never heard of this either, but I found the DVD for $1.95 in a used video store, and I thought I would give it a try. This is a delight from start to finish, with hilarious black humo(u)r and well-directed fantasy sequences. 7/10 stars from me.

Also bought Lisa Kudrow's The Comeback z1 HBO edition for €.50. That's a steal!
