Norwegian Language - English Subtitles?

Does anyone know if a Norwegian Language version with English Subtitles exists? This would be ace.

As far as I have searched, the only version available for purchase globally is a an English region 2 DVD, which makes it difficult to watch this film legally in Australia. I prefer not to have to buy a multi-region player for one film.

If anyone has been down this road I would love to hear how you went :)
