If everyone plays themselves and that the whole story is true, how come you see Shun Xing's girlfriend in the film but hear him say, in the hospital, that she's dead? Are some parts of the film fiction or is Shun Xing's grilfriend played by someone else?

Kay, heres how it works:
The 4 main characters play them selfs. Thats the son, the mother, the father, and the daughter (sorry, I dont remember the names). Most of the other characters are played by actors, not the real people they talk about (obviously).
I think that some portion of the movies are made up, but I'm pretty sure 99% of it is true.
