Beauty & The Beast.

There's even a cameo with Cogsworth and Lumiere.

I suppose I can see that. Do you mean the fact that they switch between human and ogre forms? And realize that physical beauty doesn't matter?

Yeah only its the girl that transforms into the monstrous form in the end instead of the guy turning human in the end.

In the first one, she chose to become an ogre with Shrek. In this one, Shrek offered to become human for her, but they ended up as ogres anyway at the end.
