OK...maybe I'm slow at times, but I just got it.
My friend showed me the note in the bonus features, and it's so cool! In the moive you know how you never know whats really said in the note that Silvers dad reads to Sam and his parents? Well I realized that IS what "the note" is on the bonus features. Awesome.

Dear Movie;

Silver writes her Dad a note
before she takes the pills.

The film doesn't show that part
though.
