In the one about the caged shine sprite all you have to do is get the rocket nozzle and blast up to the shine sprite
shareIts probably stupid but I don't even know how to get to Noki Bay all together. I've been on all the other levels, even pianco hills or whatever you call it. Noki Bay just hasn't appeared for me.

sharethe light doesnt go away. it is ur passage to Noki Bay. You step in it and look up into the sun (using Y as if you were aiming). The races against Il Piantissimo are not so hard if you use different nozzles like the turbo nozzle (or even the rocket nozzle at Gelato Beach). Also, use the belly running thing (run and press B and keep pressing it, or run, spray some water, then press B and slide or, run B A, run B A etc)

I have 119 shines and 8 blue coins but I don't have all the blue coins in Noki bay. HELP!!!
sharei am having the same problem with the eels teeth as well, and the probnlem is io am having a hard time comtrolling mario and spraying the eels teeth there has to be something else we have to do inorder to not to die and be able to clean that dumb eels teeth.
shareyou dont have to use the spray nozel. you can use the nozel that makes you hover. you just hover over his mouth a spray his teeth
