Anyone else think Eleanor was FABULOUS?

Watching this film, I thought Eleanor was so graceful and beautiful. Like eveything a woman from the 50's would want to be. For a moment I think I wanted to be her.
Then she let out that comment about the limp-wristed guy, and my reverie was broken. She ended up being a major bigot.
I hated that all those people at the art show were so close-minded. I usually associate artsy people with open-mindedness.

Sensational! I loved all of her clothing, especially that green dress she wore to the big party. Patricia Clarkson dazzles

Interesting observation, I think it was saying a lot of folks on that side of the art scene "museum members" are in it for social status, not as actual lovers of art. They made sure to include a scene where Cathy and Raymond were actual discussing the art, while the rest of the people were discussing each other....
Back then they would maybe even go so far as to love the art, but not socialize with the artist.
It took some jazz for that to happen!

I have, and always had, a major crush on Patricia Clarkson. She's gorgeous.

Did you see her when she played Frasier's girlfriend? Standing next to others, it's amazing how tiny she is.

I have, many times. I have the entire show on DVD and I re-played it constantly for at least three years. Watched nothing BUT Frasier for a while, lol.

And yeah, you can tell she's small. Also the best looking woman Frasier's ever dated, bar none. And to ditch her for Lana?... Sacrilege.

jamesmurphy, also one of his "classiest" ladies. Her ladylike southern way come through. Patricia Clarkson originally from New Orleans.
