I bought it as part of a beautiful Swedish 6 disc DVD box,
which includes Ascension, The Beautiful Beast and Subconscious Cruelty,
plus a sithload of extras, including the short film The City Without Windows,
for 300 swedish kronor, which is about $50 or 33 euro + shipping.

Got it at SubDVD. A fantastic place for uncut, underground
and sidestream film, with DVD's, Blu-Ray, books, soundtracks,
t-shirts, some posters. While some of the Blu-Ray titles are
in fact fairly mainstream, it is still the only place I have
seen both Dawn- and Day of the dead Blu-Ray discs. And I'm
talking original Romero here, not remakes.

it's all uncut, with the best possible audio and video quality.
