Script could have worked as a theatre play
It seems like there's no reason for this story being told like this as a film. There's hardly any visual storytelling here at all.
The film goes like this:
random shots inside the building that does nothing to develop the story
long, slow "deep" dialogue with a static camera
random shots inside the building that does nothing to develop the story
long, slow "deep" dialogue with a static camera
random shots inside the building that does nothing to develop the story

random shots inside the building that does nothing to develop the story

etc
One scene starts with everything blurred, but apparently for no other reason than "ooh, look, pretty!", because no other scene is introduced like this, and this scene is no different than the others..
This script could have worked as a play... maybe. If I were to direct it as a play, i would have tried to lift the dialogue up from its "deepness" a bit. Some of the philosophical discussions reminds me of the deep philosophical depths you explore when you are drunk at a party :)
