First and foremost, which voice(s) does Khaki Jones do in Poppy?
Did Joanna Daniel do the voice for Mom in Pepper to be redubbed later by Marsha Crenshaw or did Martha do the voice originally?
Who does the voice of Merlin in Time Machine and Spoony in Mother Did You Move My Chair?

I can only answer one of your questions: Martha Crenshaw was the original voice of Brak's mom, Joanna Daniel replaced her for the 2002-2003 episodes

That was the whole point of the question. I heard (though I don't remember where now) that this episode was included with the volume 1 release because Crenshaw redubbed the voice (or perhaps they had her do it so it could be included in #1). Otherwise I'm sure it would have been on volume 2. Since THX's info backs that up with a different source I'm inclined to think there's truth in it.

Does anyone know exactly why they used Daniel in season 2? Couldn't Crenshaw do it? I know sometimes for some reason VAs can't carry on with series because they have other things they're doing.

I'm sorry to contradict you, I just know for a fact that Joanna Daniel was not involved with Season 1. She replaced Martha Crenshaw after she left (we don't know why) for Season 2 and that's it
